What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on this site we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, company, your role, and your message, along with any project type, budget range and timeline you choose to give.
When you download our credentials document we collect the email address you enter, and your name and company if you provide them.
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to send through those services.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information such as financial account details or government identity numbers.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quotation, and stay in touch about the project you asked us about. An enquiry is also emailed to our team so that someone can respond to you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing.
Business outreach
We sometimes write to people at retail and hospitality brands, using their published work email address, to introduce what we do. If you receive such a message and would rather not hear from us again, reply to say so and we will remove you from our list.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in a database on our web hosting provider's servers, which are located outside India, and in our company email. Access is limited to the people at Embellish Designer who handle enquiries.
Pages on this site load typefaces from Google Fonts, and the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp; those services receive your IP address in the ordinary course of delivering their content and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run a third-party analytics service. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are discussing or delivering a project with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our business records. If you ask us to delete your details, we will, unless we are required by law to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@embellishdesigner.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us at the same address so we can put it right.
Changes to this policy
When we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top.
